WABASHA, Minn. – Dale Sylvester Gibbs, 70, of Wabasha, a maintenance man at the Wabasha County Courthouse, died after spending winter in Arizona. He served in the U.S. Army. He worked as a semi-truck mechanic before his Courthouse job.
