WINONA, Minn. — The family of David G. Lacher, 63, of Winona, who drowned at the old Wagon Bridge off Latsch Island,  plans a remembrance ceremony  at the Lions Pavillion at Lake Park at 11 a.m. July 21. He was a man of eclectic interests — astronomy, film and music. He was proud of his extensive record collection. He remained connected to the family farm on which he was reared and worked long hours on forestry projects. His past times included bike rides.
