RED WING, Minn. – David Lee Symicek, 74, of Red Wing, who worked in maintenance as a unit administrator for M&I Banks for 20 years, died at Lake City Care Center. He graduated from Winona Cotter High School in 1965. He spent 20 years in the Army National Guard. His intellectual fovus was on military history and wars. He was fascinated by military leaders.
