FOUNTAIN CITY, Wis. – Dennis Michael Semling, 60, of Fountain City, a county road worker for 30 years who also was a Town of Buffalo supervisor for 24, died after a work-related accident. After graduating high school in 1978, he worked construction jobs and then began employment with the Buffalo County Highway Department.
