LA CROSSE, Wis. – A Spring Grove man pleaded guilty to first-degree intentional homicide in a downtown bar assault on a young bouncer last summer. Sentencing for Timothy Neal Young, 32, was scheduled for May 7. Young, a volunteer Spring Grove firefighter with a footloose streak, shot 19-year-old Anthony Fimple at the Bierhaus bar, also known as the Twisted Moose, when Fimple refused to let Young re-enter the place.
