ELBA, Minn. – Gladys LaVonne (Miller) Hammel, 88, of Elba, who with her husband operated Whitewater Valley Campground near Whitewater State Park, died peacefully at home. Her house as known for collections that included dolls and globes. She was a genealogist and traveled widely to meet family members.
