WINONA, Minn. – James Edward Graves, 77, of Winina, died peacefully at home. He graduated from Winona Senior high school in 1963 and Winona Tech School for Auto Body Repair a year later. He enlisted in the U.S. Navy for four years. Due to his Navy service he lost part of a leg. He got around on a motorized scooter. He worked on puzzles and had a large puzzle library.
