WINONA, Minn. – Jared F. Kuehl, age 47, of Winona, whose career included the Riverport, Fastenal, Herff-Jones, and Boomer’s Plumbing. died at home. He belonged to the Eagles Club; the Elks Club, where he was a trustee; and the National Rifle Association. He joined group hunting trips to the Black Hills over Thanksgivings. He graduated from Cotter High School and attended Winona State University.
