WINONA, Minn. – Judith “Judy” Mae Sievers, of Winona, who was secretary to local retailer Charles Choate and at Merchants Bank and Best Electric, died at age 88. She graduated from Winona Secretarial School. She was active in the Mississippi Red Hat Chapter and the Winona Humane Society. She served on the Winona High School reunion committee for 65 years.
