WINONA, Minn. – The county Health Department will have the recently approved Moderna booster shots at the East End Rec Center on Wednesday and Thursday. Eligible for boosters are people 65 and older, adults in long-term care settings, people with underlying medical conditions, and people working or living in in high-risk settings. Hours: 8 to noon.
