EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. – Lois Anderson, 91, who manafed and owned farms with her husband in Dover, St. Charles, Rushford, Lewiston and Mabel. died in Eden Prairie, where she had lived since 2012. She grew up Preston and Chatfield and attended John Marshall High School in Rochester. For three years she was cast as a lead in the spring musical. A group of eight girlfriends nicknamed the Tevbans continued to meet occasionally for the next 50 years. After high school she worked at John A. Downey Insurance Company. As farmers, the Andersons won the National Champion Purebred Polled Hereford Bull at the Denver National Stock Show. For 24 years she worked at the Rushford Elementary School in the principal’s office.
