FOUNTAIN CITY, Wis. – Orvin M. Henderson, 88, of Fountain City, the chief mechanic for the city of Winona more than 20 years until his retirement, died after a short illness. Earlier he\e owned and operated Skelly Oil stations. His family remembered him for loving to garden, being a mechanic, and working on cars.
