WINONA, Minn. – Pamela Ann Sutter, 71, formerly of Winona, who was a business account support specialist with Sprint in Winona, died at home in Rochester. She also had worked part-time as an office assistant for Alpha Services in Rochester. She held a degree in education from Winona State University. In 2018 she moved to Rochester to live with a daughter,in semi-retirement,
