WINONA, Minn. — Sandra L. Richardson, 84 died peacefully in hospice care. She and her husband 0f 64 years, the Rev. Harold Richardson, had lived in Winona since 2014. Earlier they had been in Iowa, Colorado, Nebraska, West Virginia, and elsewhere in Minnesota In Crete, Nebraska, she ran a bed and breakfast called “The Parson’s House.”
