WINONA, Minn. – Sheldon Eugene Fulkerson, 86 of Winona, died peacefully at St. Anne’s Extended Health. He served three years in the U.S. Army in Germany. Later he worked at Home Brands 35 years as a stationary engineer. In retirement he had a woodworking shop where he made furniture for family and special orders.
