PACIFIC PALISADES, Calif. – Therese Ann (Andrysiak), Van Hoof, of Pacific Palisades, who had Winona family connections, died at age 74,after a brief illness. After graduating from nursing school in Indiana, she relocated to Los Angeles. Her career spanned many years in nursing, research and administration at UCLA in Westwood and St. John’s in Santa Monica. She was a gubernatorial appointee on the State of California Research Advisory Panel.
