LACROSSE, Wis. – Police seized $17,000 worth of meth in a raid on a near South Side house. There were five arrests. The first was of Otis M. East, 60, as he was coming out of the house at 239 south Eighth Street.  He was carrying meth, police said. Armed with a search warrant, police went inside. There they made four arrests and found 400 grams of meth, 145 grams of marijuana and $2,029 in cash. The meth, police said, was worth $17,000. There was also LSD, ecstacy and paraphernalia galore, police said. The place definitely was a trafficking hotspot, police said.  Charged besides East were Julia L. Hedum, 42; Chong Vue, 31; Baily J. Hedum, 22; and Dustin A. Winchester, 22.
