WINONA. Minn. – An intersection on the West Side, at Wabasha and South Baker Streets at the railroad tracks, will close Tuesday at 8 a.m. for railroad soil borings on the Canadian Pacific Railroad 40-mph mainline. The city engineer’s office has been told the work will take only one day. Train traffic will be affected minimally.
