ROCHESTER, Minn. – The Rochester Park Board plans to open the Soldiers Field swimming pool this summer. The pool was closed last year because of the Co-Vid pandemic. The swim club Orcas will run the pool with the city covering losses up to $10,000. Any further shortfall that will be split.
