ROCHESTER, Minn. – The Rochester college RCTC announced that its nursing students earned high scores on accreditation exams, exceeding state and national averages. Some 119 grads with associate degrees in 2022 had a first-time pass rate of 89.1%. The practical nursing program had 26 first-time test-takers with a pass rate of 92.3%.
