ROCHESTER, Minn. — A Rochester man was hurt in a two-vehicle collision on Highway 52 south of 16th Street Southwest, near Milliken Creek south of Apache Mall. It happened in the southbound lanes. The Minnesota State Patrol said Thomas William Healy, 84 of Rochester, and Andee Michelle Vergilio, 18 of Mazeppa, both were southbounf when they crashed. Healy’s vehicle rolled over. Healy suffered a non-life threatening injury and was taken to a Rochester hospital. Vergilio was not hurt. The accident just after 12 p.m.
