ROCHESTER, Minn. — A Rochester driver was injured, albeit not seriously, when his mid-size sedan spun out on snow and ice and slammed into a Freightliner truck and semitrailer. Eric Lee Johnson, 36, was taken to a nearby hospital. This was about 6:50 a.m. on U.S. Highway 52 near the 16th Street Southwest interchange. The trucker, Eric Lee Johnson, 36, of Rochester, was unhurt. The vehicles, both southbound on the divided highway, were a 2005 Ford 500 and a 2021 Freightliner.
