WINONA, Minn. — A family that asked to be anonymous donated $1 million the Saint Mary’s University hockey programs for major upgrades including rink improvements and new men’s apparel and equipment. The gift is $250,000 outright and a commitment of $750,000 for future needs. The benefactors expressed appreciation of coaches Ryan Egan and Sarah Murray, as well as Sarah’s father, Andy Murray.
