WINONA, Minn. – Winona Schools have recorded no new Co-Vid cases since revising learning models in January. In an interview on radio station KWNO, school spokesperson John Casper credited community and school adherence to protocols: “If cases are low in the community, chances are it won’t get into our schools either.” Casper said the School District hopes to be back to full in-person learning at the middle and high school in late April.
