STOCKTON, Minn. — Deputies said they stopped Alexander Ansley Wohlers, 32, of Winona, for speeding but then took him in on on suspicion of driving while intoxicated. The stop was about 6:30 p.m. on County Road 23 between Stockton and Minnesota City, near White Tail Drive.
