WINONA, Minn. – A Winona man, Griffin Scott Bjornson, 41, was arrested for drunken driving after an 8:20 a.m. traffic stop. Officers said they had pulled him over at Third and Chestnut streets for speeding, then decided a blood-alcohol test might be in order. At the scene his blood was running 0.14% alcohol – nearly twice the legally acceptable max. The cops took him to the station house for driving while intoxicated.
