WINONA, Minn. – A pop-up Covid vaccination clinic at Steamboat Days will offer jabs and gifts. Melanie Tatge, county public health supervisor, said. 500 Mall of America coupon books will be available for Nickelodeon Universe rides, half-price pizzas, and movie popcorn. The goal, Tatge said, is to move the Winona County vaccination rate beyond 58% for a first dose.
