WINONA, Minn. – Plow crews will be out to clear snow downtown the next two nights. Vehicles left on the odd-number side of streets between 12:01 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. Tuesday will be tagged and towed. This is north to south from Levee Park to Broadway and east to west from Franklin to Huff Streets. The even side will be cleared Wednesday, again 12:01 a.m. and 6:30 a.m.
Muncipal lots
Parking in Municipal Lot 3 is prohibited during the enforcement window Tuesday. Parking Lot 1 is prohibited Wednesday.
Car gone?
If you’re towed, go to the police station next to the Courthouse to obtain a release form. Proof of insurance is required. Then go to the Borkowski storage lot in Goodview.
