CHIPPEWA FALLS, Wis. – A judge unsealed he name of Carson Peters-Berger in court documents that allege he raped and murdered his 10-year-old cousin when he was 16. Unveiling the name marked the end of 18 months of motions by his attorney to keep the case in juvenile court. Judge Steven Gibbs has denied the defense motions in September.
