ST. PAUL, Minn. – State government employees will need to show documents that they’re fully vaccinated against Covid, or undergo the hassle of weekly tests to assure they unaffected, or find other work, Governor Tim Walz announced. The only exception is employees working from home and who never report on-site. Minnesota is the eighth state to impose such mandatory rules, Walz said. The stiff new rules came after a severe uptick in Covid cases due mostly to the ferocious Delta variant.
