AGENCY VILLAGE, S.D. – A Wahpeton tribal leader, Danny Seaboy, was bid a final goodbye in a traditional ceremony at the Sisseton Wahpeton Community College auditorium. Seaboy, who died Monday, was remembered as a voice of conciliation who traveled widely with his message. Drums beat. There was music composed by Seaboy himself. Interment will follow later at the Sisseton Wahpeton Dakota Nation Burial Grounds in Sisseton.
