MADISON, Wis. – President Donald Trump’s campaign put up $3 million, cash in advance, for a recount of votes in Milwaukee and Dane counties. The counties heavily favored Joe Bid over Trump in the election November 3. There had been talk about a 72-county statewide recount, but that would have cost the cash-strapped Trump campaign $8 million.
