GALESVILLE, Wi. – A head-on collision on Crystal Valley Road north of Galesville seriously injured both drivers. Sheriff Brett Semingson didn’t release the drivers’ names immediately. One driver was extricated from the wreckage and airlifted 25 miles to a La Crosse trauma center. The other driver went by ground ambulance, also to a LaCrosse hospital. Deputies said the collision occurred on the crown of a hill on a curve shortly before 10:30 a.m.
