WABASHA, Minn. – The repair crew working the Wabasha-Nelson bridge over the Mississippi River changed the one-way traffic to the opposite lane for the final phase of the $3.7 million project. The project, to replace expansion joints and ro repaint, has been underway since mid-May. Temporary traffic lights remain in place, the state Highway Department said.
