LACRESCENT, Minn. – The Wagon Wheel Trail Bridge was opened officially, connecting river-level Lower LaCrescent with the rest of the city up on a plateau.The bridge offers safe pedestrian passage across combined \14/61. Eventually the bridge will become part of the Wagon Wheel Trail linking La Crescent to La Crosse as a trail for hikers and bikers.
