ZUMBROTA, Minn. –A Minneapolis woman was killed when she crossed the into the path of an incoming semi-truck. Killed was Marsha Leanne Lindquist Evans, age 49. The accident was shortly after 5 p.m. in a construction zone on U.S. Highway 52 north of Zumbrota. Evanswas southbound toward Zumbrota and Rochester. The truck driver, Alan Wiener, 61, of Sauk Center, was unhurt. The crash closed Highway 52 for two hours between Goodhue County Road 1 and Road 50.
