UTICA, Minn.– Deputies arrested a Preston man, Scott Stewart Reese, 47, and tested him for drunkenness. An on-site field test showed Reese’s blood-alcohol content at 0.20% — 2-1/2 more than the legal definition of impairment. The arrest was six miles south of Utica on Highway 33 at Henry Drive. This was about 7:50 p.m.
