WINONA, Minn. – A teenager sent a naked selfie to someone online, then received an extortion message back. The message: Send gift cards or your nakedness will no longer be between you and me. The kid mustered the courage to tell his parents. The parents called the cops. The officers sympathized but said such blackmail attempts are just about impossible to track.
