WINONA, Minn. – A Wabasha man, Brian Thomas Barton, 54, was arrested for entering a house in the 800 residential block of East Sanborn Street. The intruder was confronted by the occupant. Things got physical. About 2 a.m., shortly thereafter, police stopped Barton and hauled him to jail. Burglary was one among the charges.
