LACROSSE, Wis. –Smoke from Pacific Northwest and Canada fires was being driven into the Upper Midwest. The smoke will arrive Monday at high with little effect on air quality at ground level in the LaCrosse-Winona-Rochester corridor, the National Weather Service said.
