WINONA, Minn. – Two new COVID deaths, plus two the day before, raised the pandemic’s mortality count to 38 in Winona County. The latest deaths were of persons in their early 70s.The Minnesota Department of Health also confirmed 28 new cases putting the county’s total at 3,248.
