WINONA, Minn. – The Winona County sheriff’s office has created a full-time position for impaired driving enforcement with a new grant, Chief Deputy Jeff Mueller said. Named to the position was Chad Myers, who has won a state award 11 years running for DWI arrests, including four arrests in a single shift.
