DRESBACH, Minn. – A Winona driver was injured when her car and a semi truck unit collided just west of the spaghetti junction off the Interstate 90 bridge over the Mississippi. Ellen Rose Pilger, 66, was taken 22 miles to the Winona hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Her passenger, Fredrick John Pilger, 74, also of Winona, was unhurt. They were in a 2014 Lincoln MKX. Uninjured too was the 2023 Kenworth truck driver: Lewis Walter Anderson, 49, of Kingman, Arizona. Both vehicles were westbound toward Winona. The accident was about 5:50 p.m.
