FAIRFAX, Va. — The Winona State University athletic training director, Brian Zeller, was elected president of the World Federation of Athletic Training and Therapy. Zeller, at Winona State since 2000, said his federation work has helped him bring the global best practices in the field back to the university. The federation, with 25 employees at its Fairfax headquarters, is comprised of 28 training and therapy organizations.
