STOCKTON, Minn. – A Winona woman, Geraldine Ann Jilk, 63, faces a charge of driving under the influence after making a bad lane change on the main drag through Stockton. Deputies said she admitted to drinking. A breathalyzer test found her blood alcohol content at 0.12%, deputes said. That’s 1-1/2 times greater than the acceptable limit. The traffic stop was about 11:20 p.m.
