LACROSSE, Wis. – A Minnesota City man struck while crossing Broadway Street in Winona on foot two weeks ago died from the injuries at Gundersen hospital. Michael J. Maher, 79, was jaywalking near Zumbro Street on the Far East End when the accident happened, police said.
