FALCON HEIGHTS, Minn. – New this year at the Minnesota State Fair, which opens August 25, are these gullert-busters:

Reuben egg roll. Corned beef, Swiss cheese and sauerkraut hand-rolled in an egg roll wrapper. Deep-fried. Served with a side of O’Gara’s homemade Thousand Island dressing. At O’Gara’s booth.
