LACROSSE, Wis. — A retired UW-La Crosse vice chancellor, Bob Hetzel, has donated another $1 million to the university. The latest gift is for the business college, partly to fund research. A year ago Hetzel gave $2,5 million for scholarships and athletics, the largest gift in UW-LaCrosse history.
