WINONA, Minn. – Winona State university has four Covid cases, according to a weekly skeletal report issued by the university. The cases all were students. The number of cases this semester has ranged from a peak of 22 early in the semester.  Unlike a year ago, the weekly reports are barren with no fleshing out about the seriousness of the cases. Last year the university reported every week how many infected students were isolated in restricted dorms, for example. Among current campus protocols to corral the virus, students are provided guidance on:

> Indoor events and activities.

> Outdoor Events and activities.

> Events and activities involving involving food.

> Off-campus events and activities.

>Travel.
