ROCHESTER, Minn. – A Rochester woman arrested in a raid that yielded 14 pounds of meth and thousands of oxycodone pills pleaded not guilty. Ann Mare Jessen-Ford, 57, was charged with dealing drugs big time. Jessen-Ford was arrested with two men after an investigation that began with a traffic stop on January 17. Pleas have yet to entered by Matthew James Lyman, 47 of Mantorville, and Douglas Ray Howard, 57, of Rochester.
